Parma ham and melon 2.Affettato di Salami Misti con Vegetali Arrosti Assorted Italian cured meats and roast vegetables 3.Coppa con Avocado, Pera e Gamberi Avocado, pear and black tiger prawns served on a bed of lettuce with raspberry sauce
4.Paté d'Oca all'Arancio Duck paté in and orange and brandy sauce served with toast
5.Carpaccio di Manzo Very thin raw fillet steak marinated in extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice, mixed with herbs and served on a bed of lettuce with mushrooms and flakes of Parmesan cheese
6.Composizione di Vegetali Arrosto A selection of mixed roast vegetables in a cheese and hot chilli sauce

Roast turkey served with trimmings 2.Bistecca all Chef Sirloin steak with roast peppers, onions, white wine and cherry tomatoes 3.Branzino all Cartoccio Sea bass fillet with prawns, mussels, clams, mixed herbs, white wine in a tomato and cheese sauce 4.Petti di Pollo alle Mondorle Chicken breast with butter, white wine, flour, garlic and almonds 5.Crespelle ai Funghi Crêpes with wild mushrooms in a tomato and cheese sauce 6.Vitello a Piacere Breaded veal scallop with aubergine, tomato and Mozzarella cheese in a white wine sauce Dolce o Formaggio (Dessert or Cheese)
