5.Carpaccio di Trota Sliced trout marinated in extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice

1.Tacchino Arrosto
Roast turkey served with trimmings 2.Salmone al Forno Fresh salmon steak baked in the oven with prawns in a white wine and cream sauce 3.Filetto di Maiale in Bardolino Wine con Funghi Porcini Pork fillet with wild mushrooms and cooked in a Bardolino wine sauce 4.Vitello Natalizio Veal scallop with apple, pear, carrots and onions in a sherry and cream sauce 5.Pollo alla Toscana Chicken breast stuffed with Parma ham and Mozzarella cheese served in a cream and tomato sauce 6.Crespelle ai Funghi Crêpes with wild mushrooms in a tomato and cheese sauce Dolce o Formaggio (Dessert or Cheese)
